The idea of One Little Word is simple, yet brilliant. Choose one word, which will lead you throughout the year, in your daily life, but also in your creations and reflections.
Two years ago I chose Balance, last year Warmth, this year I want to focus on Sisterhood. This word has been dancing around my mind for last couple of weeks, and I know - not only mine. Sisterhood in the very broad meaning of this word - connection and solidarity between women. I want to invest my energy, time and skills in strengthening of bands I already have with women I know, and in creating new ones.
Few days ago we set down with E. to raise a toast for the coming New Year, and we realised how important that sisterhood feeling is for both of us. Coming together to enjoy each other's company, but also to support each other in difficult times, to be together.
